Who handles your enquiry

DealerFinance.uk is a dealer referral service operated through NBS Finance. NBS Finance is the business responsible for handling each finance enquiry. NBS Finance is an unincorporated commercial finance broker and introducer based at Pinfold Lane, Southport, Merseyside, PR8 3QL.

Information and purposes

We use dealer and customer contact information, company details and vehicle funding requirements to respond, assess suitable next steps, manage referrals and handle complaints. NBS relies on legitimate interests for its commercial introduction service, relevant pre-contract steps and legal duties where applicable. Enquiries do not opt you into unrelated marketing.

Dealer referrals and funding partners

Only provide customer details you are authorised to share. A general callback request does not authorise a lender introduction. Where you confirm the customer has agreed to an introduction, NBS may share relevant details with suitable lenders or specialist finance partners to assess the enquiry; those partners may contact the customer. This does not itself authorise a credit search. Any required search acknowledgement is obtained separately.

Current enquiry delivery

Enquiries, short dealer referrals and full finance proposals are sent over HTTPS to FormSubmit, which processes them for email delivery to powelldamian@hotmail.com. Microsoft handles the destination mailbox. There is no CRM connection at present. FormSubmit is an additional service provider; see its privacy information.

Full proposals also include the business information, director contact and residential details, date of birth, optional income and vehicle finance requirements entered across the form steps. These details are processed by FormSubmit for delivery to the same enquiry inbox. No documents or bank account numbers are collected. Do not enter bank information, dates of birth, home addresses, identity documents or confidential financial documents in a basic message. Any further information will be requested through an appropriate secure route.

The receiving inbox has been activated. Submission errors and activation requirements are displayed without claiming successful delivery. An accepted submission indicates the service accepted the message for delivery; mailbox arrival can still be affected by email filtering. Contact us if you need to confirm receipt.

Retention and your rights

NBS reviews initial enquiry records after 12 months and progressed cases after 24 months; retention may be extended for a documented need. Contact NBS to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Website and external services

This application has no analytics, session replay, uploads or browser storage. The separate NBS site and application have their own hosting and data arrangements; see the NBS Finance privacy policy. Those integrations are not connected here. Hosting providers may process technical request data to deliver and secure a hosted site. DealerFinance.uk is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. External telephone, email and WhatsApp services apply their own privacy practices.
